This line can be used to clean the various impurities (hair, stone, glass, metal) in the sunflower kernels and adjust the rate of broken kernels, It is an ideal equipment of final-cleaning for sunflower kernels before packing. The equipment features easy operating and good result of cleaning.           

Components:
This equipment mainly consists of feed-in hopper, 2-grade 4 circular-motion and vibrating cleaners for impurities with the almost same volume and weight compared with materials, vibrating and suction cleaner for light impurities, the device for removal of iron, separating machine without any holes, 2 combined spiral elevators and electric control cabinet.
